AI in practice

How to use AI tools safely and usefully in an architecture practice: where they help, how to prompt them, how to check what they produce and how to protect client data.

For: Practice directors, project architects and anyone in the office already trying AI tools

Most architects have tried an AI tool by now. Some use one every day for emails and meeting notes. Others tried it once, got a confident answer that was wrong, and gave up.

This course is for both. It is practical rather than technical. You will not need to know how the models work. You will need to know what they are good at, how to ask for what you want, and how to check what comes back.

We also cover the parts that matter most for a regulated profession: your professional responsibility for the work, your duties to clients, and what UK GDPR means when client data meets an AI tool. The last lesson ends with a short policy template you can adapt for your own practice.

Five lessons, about half an hour in total.
