1. Who we are
This website, pulsecentric.com, is run by Pulse Centric UK Ltd ("Pulse", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16760390), of The Studio, The Old Granary, United Kingdom.
We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For anything about your data, email enquiries@pulsecentric.com and put "Privacy" in the subject line.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers pulsecentric.com, our waitlist, our emails and enquiries you send us. It does not cover the Pulse app itself (myapp.pulsecentric.com). Inside the app, the architecture practice you work with controls its project data and Pulse processes it on the practice's behalf. The app has its own privacy notice, shown when you sign in.
3. What we collect, why, and our lawful basis

4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers, under contract, and only for the purposes above:
- Vercel: hosts this website, provides our cookieless visitor analytics, and processes the form submissions you send.
- Omnisend (EU): stores the waitlist and sends our emails, including the open and click information above.
- Resend: delivers the emails the website sends to our team when you submit a form.
- Microsoft 365: our business email, where your enquiry and any replies are kept.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or use infrastructure in, the United States or the EU. Where personal data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (for the EU) or on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
6. How long we keep it
- Waitlist and email list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We remove contacts who haven't opened an email in 24 months.
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
- Consent records: for as long as we hold your details, plus 12 months, so we can show you agreed.
- Server logs: for the short period our hosting provider keeps them, typically days rather than weeks.
- Visit statistics: kept by Vercel in aggregate form. They can't be linked back to you.
7. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything that's wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including stopping all marketing;
- send your data to you, or another organisation, in a portable format.
Email enquiries@pulsecentric.com with "Privacy" in the subject. We'll reply within one month. It's free, though we may need to confirm your identity first.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
8. Marketing emails
We only send marketing emails if you've opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply "unsubscribe" or email us. Unsubscribing stops marketing straight away. We keep your email on a suppression list so we don't contact you again by mistake.
9. Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit, access limited to the people who need it, and providers who meet recognised security standards. For how the Pulse app protects practice data, see our Security page.
10. Children
Pulse is a business service for architecture practices. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you've already given us, we'll email you before it takes effect.
