Do you offer a free trial?+

Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, no card required. You can try Pulse on real projects to make sure it fits your workflow.

Can I change plans later?+

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes apply on your next billing cycle, and any unused credit is rolled forward.

What does "per seat" mean?+

A seat is one user account on Pulse. You only pay for the people on your team who actively log in. Clients join free through the client portal.

Is my data safe?+

UK-hosted on AWS London. Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). SOC 2 Type II in progress, GDPR compliant. Your data is never used to train shared models.
