Getting started with Pulse

A practical walk through Pulse, from setting up your practice and connecting email to running projects by RIBA stage, issuing drawings for approval and inviting clients to their portal.

For: Practices setting up Pulse, and everyone on the team who will use it day to day

This course is the product training for Pulse. It follows the order most practices go through: set up, settle into a daily routine, run a project, then bring in clients.

Pulse does a lot of drafting and organising for you. It files email to projects, suggests the projects it finds, pulls decisions and actions out of meeting notes, and drafts replies and client updates. It never sends anything on its own. A person always reviews, edits and presses send.

Each lesson describes what Pulse does today. Where something is still coming soon, we say so.

The screenshots in this course show a fictional demo practice, not real clients or projects.

Six lessons, about forty minutes in total. You can work through them with Pulse open alongside.
